Missing, a chamber opera by Métis playwright Marie Clements and composer Brian Current, gives voice to the stories of missing and murdered Indigenous women in both English and Gitksan. The Continuum ensemble joins this semi-staged performance, led by Timothy Long, conductor, and the Artists of the Opera Missing, an Indigenous-led artist collective bringing this work to the stage. The opera’s recording featuring Continuum earned a JUNO nomination for 2026 Classical Album of the Year (Small Ensemble).
